OR COMPLETING A PURCHASE, YOU AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY ALL

PROVISIONS HEREIN, INCLUDING THE ALL-SALES-FINAL REFUND POLICY AND THE

BINDING ARBITRATION CLAUSE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE

1. IDENTIFICATION OF THE COMPANY

This website (the "Website") is owned and operated by Built By Carey LLC ("Company," "we,"

"us," or "our"), a limited liability company organized and operating under the laws of the State of

Florida, United States of America. Built By Carey LLC sells the SPT Wire Caddy, a physical 3D

printed product, exclusively through this Website.

"SPT Wire Caddy" is the name of the product we sell. It is not a separate legal entity, trade name

registration, or doing-business-as designation. All transactions, contracts, legal obligations, and

communications arising from your use of this Website or purchase of any product are made

directly with Built By Carey LLC.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using this Website in any manner — including browsing, viewing content,

submitting an order, or communicating with us — you ("Customer," "Buyer," "you," or "your")

acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and

Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any other policies or notices posted on this Website,

all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Your continued use of this Website after the posting of any modifications to these Terms

constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms

periodically. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Built By Carey LLC

regarding your use of this Website and purchase of any product, and supersede all prior

communications, proposals, or agreements between the parties.

3. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION AND NATURE OF GOODS

3.1 Physical 3D Printed Product

The SPT Wire Caddy is a tangible, physical product manufactured using a three-dimensional (3D)

printing process. As a 3D printed item, the following inherent manufacturing characteristics are

normal, expected, and do not constitute a defect or grounds for a refund, return, or dispute:

• Visible layer lines or surface texture resulting from the layer-by-layer printing process

• Minor dimensional tolerances of approximately ±0.5 mm to 1.0 mm

• Small marks or slight variations from support structure removal during post-processing

• Color or finish differences between product images on the Website and the actual

delivered item, due to monitor calibration, photographic lighting, and filament lot

variations

• Unit-to-unit variation in surface finish or appearance while remaining fully functional

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept these inherent characteristics as part of

the nature of a 3D printed product.

3.2 Single-Product Store

This Website is a single-product store. We sell exclusively the SPT Wire Caddy. We do not offer

multiple product lines, variants, or substitute items. All sales are limited to the SPT Wire Caddy

as described on this Website at the time of your order.

3.3 Customer Responsibility for Suitability

It is solely your responsibility to determine whether the SPT Wire Caddy is appropriate for your

intended application, environment, and use case before placing an order. Built By Carey LLC

makes no representations or warranties regarding fitness for any particular purpose beyond what

is expressly stated in the product description on this Website. You assume all risk associated with

your selection and use of this product.

4. ORDERING AND CONTRACT FORMATION

All orders placed through this Website are offers to purchase the SPT Wire Caddy subject to

these Terms. No binding contract of sale is formed until Built By Carey LLC accepts your order.

An order confirmation sent to the email address you provide constitutes our acceptance and forms

a binding contract.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order at any time for any

reason, including but not limited to: product unavailability, suspected fraudulent or unauthorized

activity, pricing or product description errors, or inability to verify payment or shipping information.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will issue a full refund of the amount

paid.

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least 18 years of age; (b) all

information you provide is accurate, current, and complete; (c) you are authorized to use the

payment method provided; and (d) you have full legal authority to enter into a binding contract.

5. PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice.

The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you complete your purchase.

We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors prior to order acceptance.

We accept payment through the methods available on this Website at the time of your order. By

submitting payment, you authorize Built By Carey LLC to charge the full order total — including

product price, applicable taxes, and any shipping fees — to your provided payment method.

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information and to promptly update it as

necessary. Built By Carey LLC is not responsible for any fees, charges, or currency conversion

costs imposed by your financial institution or payment processor. Sales tax will be collected where

required by applicable law.

Any payment dispute must be raised directly with Built By Carey LLC before initiating a

chargeback or dispute with your payment provider. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in us

providing all relevant documentation to your financial institution to contest the dispute. We reserve

all rights to recover disputed funds and associated fees.

6. SHIPPING POLICY

6.1 Order Processing Time

Because each SPT Wire Caddy is individually 3D printed upon order, please allow up to three (3)

to seven (7) business days for production and processing before your order is shipped. Production

time may vary depending on order volume, material availability, and print queue. Business days

are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been

fulfilled and handed off to the carrier. Built By Carey LLC does not guarantee processing or ship-

by dates and is not liable for delays in production caused by circumstances beyond our

reasonable control.

6.2 Shipping Carriers and Methods

We ship via major carriers including but not limited to USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The available

shipping methods and their estimated delivery timeframes will be presented to you at checkout.

Shipping estimates provided at checkout are carrier estimates only and are not guaranteed

delivery dates.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, selected shipping

method, and package weight and dimensions. Shipping fees are non-refundable under all

circumstances.

6.3 Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship to all fifty (50) U.S. states and U.S. territories. Delivery timeframes after shipment vary

by location and selected service. Estimated transit times are provided by the carrier and are not

guaranteed by Built By Carey LLC. We are not responsible for carrier delays, including those

caused by weather events, peak holiday volume, or other circumstances outside our control.

6.4 International Shipping

We may ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to import

duties, tariffs, customs fees, value-added taxes (VAT), and other charges imposed by the

destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the Customer and are not

included in the product price or shipping cost charged by Built By Carey LLC. We have no control

over and cannot predict the nature or amount of customs fees or delays.

By placing an international order, you acknowledge that: (a) you are responsible for all customs

duties, taxes, and import fees; (b) customs processing may delay delivery beyond carrier

estimates; and (c) refusal to pay import fees or accept a customs-held package does not entitle

you to a refund of any kind.

6.5 Title and Risk of Loss

Title to, and all risk of loss or damage to, the product transfers to you at the moment the product

is tendered to the shipping carrier by Built By Carey LLC. Once the carrier has accepted the

package, Built By Carey LLC bears no responsibility for loss, theft, damage, delay, misdelivery,

or non-delivery. Any such claims must be made directly with the shipping carrier.

6.6 Delivery Address Accuracy

You are solely and entirely responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable

shipping address at the time of checkout. Built By Carey LLC will ship to the exact address

provided. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable

addresses provided by the Customer.

If an order is returned to us by the carrier due to an incorrect or undeliverable address you

provided, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to reship the order. No

refund will be issued for undeliverable packages resulting from customer address errors, including

refusal to pay re-shipment costs.

6.7 Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Packages

Once a carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout, Built By Carey LLC’s

responsibility for that shipment is fully discharged. We are not liable for packages that are reported

as lost, stolen, or not received after a confirmed delivery scan. It is your responsibility to ensure

a secure delivery location and to monitor your tracking information.

If your tracking shows that a package was not delivered and has not moved for an extended

period, we encourage you to contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Built By Carey LLC may

assist in initiating a carrier claim investigation at our discretion but is under no obligation to replace

or refund orders due to carrier loss after shipment.

6.8 Damaged in Transit

If your product arrives visibly damaged due to carrier mishandling, you must: (a) document the

damage with clear photographs of the outer packaging and the product immediately upon receipt;

(b) retain all original packaging materials; and (c) contact us within three (3) calendar days of the

confirmed delivery date with your documentation. We reserve the right to require you to file a

damage claim with the carrier. At our sole discretion, we may replace the item or assist you in the

carrier claims process. Damaged-in-transit claims submitted after three (3) calendar days of

confirmed delivery will not be considered.

7. REFUND POLICY — ALL SALES ARE FINAL

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. BUILT BY CAREY LLC OPERATES A STRICT NO-REFUND, NO-

RETURN, NO-EXCHANGE, NO-STORE-CREDIT POLICY. BY COMPLETING YOUR

PURCHASE, YOU EXPRESSLY AND IRREVOCABLY AGREE THAT YOU ARE NOT

ENTITLED TO A REFUND, RETURN, EXCHANGE, OR ANY OTHER FORM OF MONETARY

OR NON-MONETARY COMPENSATION, EXCEPT IN THE SOLE LIMITED CIRCUMSTANCE

DESCRIBED IN SECTION 7.1 BELOW.

7.1 Scope of the No-Refund Policy

Our no-refund policy applies to all orders under all circumstances, including but not limited to the

following:

• Change of mind or buyer’s remorse after purchase

• Dissatisfaction with the color, texture, surface finish, or aesthetic appearance of the 3D

printed product

• Minor imperfections, layer lines, support marks, or dimensional tolerances that are

inherent to and expected of 3D printed products as described in Section 3.1

• The product not meeting subjective expectations that were not expressly and specifically

promised in our product listing

• Ordering errors made by the Customer, including incorrect quantity ordered, duplicate

orders, or orders placed by mistake

• Failure to read, review, or understand the product description, dimensions, materials, or

specifications prior to placing an order

• Delays in shipping or delivery caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or any other

circumstance outside our control

• Packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier but reported as not received or stolen

after delivery

• Undeliverable packages due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by

the Customer

• Refusal to pay international customs duties, tariffs, or import fees

• Product not functioning as desired due to customer misuse, misapplication, modification,

or use outside of the intended purpose

• Dissatisfaction with product after use

• Order placed while a promotional or discounted price was not yet available

7.2 Limited Exception for Verified Manufacturing Defect or Wrong Item Shipped

The sole and exclusive exception to our no-refund policy is if: (a) the specific SPT Wire Caddy

unit we shipped to you is materially defective due to a manufacturing error that renders it entirely

non-functional for its intended purpose; or (b) we shipped you an item that is entirely different

from the SPT Wire Caddy.

To be eligible for consideration under this limited exception, ALL of the following conditions must

be satisfied:

• You must contact Built By Carey LLC in writing within five (5) calendar days of the

carrier-confirmed delivery date

• You must provide clear, detailed photographic or video evidence specifically

demonstrating the claimed defect or the incorrect item received

• You must obtain explicit written authorization from Built By Carey LLC before sending

any item back to us

• Unauthorized returns will be refused upon delivery and returned to the sender at the

sender’s expense

If your claim is approved under this exception, Built By Carey LLC’s sole and exclusive

remedy to you shall be, entirely at our discretion, either: (i) a replacement of the defective

or incorrect item; or (ii) a store credit in the amount of the product purchase price

(excluding any shipping fees paid, which are non-refundable). NO CASH OR MONETARY

REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING UNDER THIS

EXCEPTION.

The following are expressly excluded from this exception and do not constitute a manufacturing

defect: minor cosmetic imperfections; layer lines; surface texture variation; color variation; support

removal marks; and any other characteristics inherent to 3D printed products as described in

Section 3.1 of these Terms.

7.3 Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled if the request is received in writing before production of your specific

unit has commenced. Because production begins promptly upon order confirmation, cancellation

windows are extremely limited and are not guaranteed. Once production has begun, your order

cannot be cancelled and no refund will be issued.

To request a cancellation, you must contact us immediately after placing your order. Cancellation

requests submitted after production has begun, or after the order has shipped, will not be honored

under any circumstances.

7.4 Chargeback and Payment Dispute Policy

You expressly agree to contact Built By Carey LLC directly in writing to attempt to resolve any

order-related concerns before initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or claim with your bank,

credit card issuer, or payment platform.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute in violation of this no-refund policy and without first

contacting us may constitute fraudulent misrepresentation to your financial institution and a

breach of these Terms. In response to any such unauthorized chargeback or dispute, we reserve

the right to: (a) provide all available order documentation, these Terms, and any other evidence

to your financial institution or card network to contest the dispute; (b) pursue legal action for

breach of contract; and (c) seek recovery of the disputed amount, chargeback fees, and any other

costs we incur as a result. We reserve all remedies available to us at law and in equity.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this Website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product

designs, product descriptions, and the underlying 3D design files for the SPT Wire Caddy — are

the exclusive intellectual property of Built By Carey LLC and are protected under applicable United

States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property

laws.

No content from this Website may be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, transmitted,

or exploited in any manner without the prior express written permission of Built By Carey LLC.

The SPT Wire Caddy’s design, form, and function may be protected by applicable intellectual

property rights. Unauthorized reproduction, reverse engineering, copying, manufacturing, or

resale of the product or its design is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal legal

action.

Your purchase of the SPT Wire Caddy grants you only a limited, personal, non-commercial

license to use the physical product for its intended purpose. No rights are granted for reproduction,

commercial exploitation, or creation of derivative works based on the product or its design.

9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SPT WIRE CADDY AND ALL RELATED SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS"

AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE

LAW, BUILT BY CAREY LLC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND,

WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY

OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-

INFRINGEMENT. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT THE PRODUCT WILL MEET YOUR

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS OR THAT IT WILL BE FREE FROM CHARACTERISTICS

INHERENT TO 3D PRINTED MANUFACTURING.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BUILT BY CAREY LLC, ITS

OWNERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY

INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY

DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THIS WEBSITE OR THE PRODUCT. IN NO

EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT ACTUALLY

PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability, including contract, tort, strict liability, or

any other legal or equitable theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such

damages. Some states do not allow certain liability exclusions; in such jurisdictions our liability is

limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Built By Carey LLC and its owners, members,

officers, managers, employees, agents, contractors, successors, and assigns from and against

any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable

attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use of this Website or the product; (b) your

violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; (d) your violation

of any third-party right; or (e) any misrepresentation made by you in connection with your order

or use of this Website.

12. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use

of this Website, or your purchase of the SPT Wire Caddy, shall be governed exclusively by and

construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, without

regard to its conflict of law provisions.

You expressly consent to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal

courts located within the State of Florida for any legal action arising from or related to these Terms

or any transaction conducted through this Website, and you waive any objection to such

jurisdiction or venue.

13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

13.1 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to contact Built By Carey LLC in writing

describing the nature of your dispute and your desired resolution. We agree to attempt in good

faith to resolve the matter informally within thirty (30) calendar days. If the dispute is not resolved

within that period, either party may proceed to formal resolution as described below.

13.2 Binding Arbitration

EXCEPT FOR CLAIMS SEEKING INJUNCTIVE OR EQUITABLE RELIEF, ANY UNRESOLVED

DISPUTE SHALL BE DECIDED BY BINDING ARBITRATION IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA IN

ACCORDANCE WITH THE RULES OF THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION

(AAA). THE ARBITRATOR’S AWARD SHALL BE FINAL AND BINDING AND MAY BE

ENTERED AS A JUDGMENT IN ANY COURT OF COMPETENT JURISDICTION.

13.3 Class Action and Jury Trial Waiver

YOU EXPRESSLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN OR BRING A CLASS ACTION

LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION AGAINST BUILT BY CAREY LLC. ALL CLAIMS

MUST BE BROUGHT ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS ONLY. YOU ALSO WAIVE YOUR RIGHT

TO A JURY TRIAL WITH RESPECT TO ANY DISPUTE ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO

THESE TERMS OR ANY TRANSACTION WITH BUILT BY CAREY LLC.

14. PRIVACY AND DATA

Any personal information collected through this Website — including your name, address, email

address, and payment information — is collected solely for the purpose of processing and fulfilling

your order and communicating with you about your purchase. We do not sell, rent, or trade your

personal information to unaffiliated third parties, except as required to fulfill your order (e.g.,

payment processors and shipping carriers) or as required by law.

By placing an order, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for these

purposes. We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect your data;

however, no method of electronic data transmission or storage is completely secure, and we

cannot guarantee absolute security.

15. PRODUCT SAFETY AND PROPER USE

listing. By purchasing and using this product, you agree to:

Built By Carey LLC shall not be liable for any injury, property damage, or other harm resulting

from improper use, misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification, or use of the product outside of its

intended purpose. All risk associated with product use is assumed by the Customer.

16. FORCE MAJEURE

Built By Carey LLC shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from

circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural

disasters, fire, flood, epidemic, pandemic, government actions, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor

disputes, power outages, internet or telecommunications failures, material or supply shortages,

or actions of third-party carriers ("Force Majeure Event"). Our obligations are suspended for the

duration of the Force Majeure Event, and we shall not be required to issue refunds solely as a

result thereof.

17. WEBSITE USE AND PROHIBITED CONDUCT

By accessing this Website, you agree not to: use the Website for any unlawful purpose; attempt

unauthorized access to any part of the Website or its systems; use automated bots, scrapers, or

crawlers without our written consent; transmit spam or unsolicited communications; impersonate

Built By Carey LLC or any other person or entity; submit false or misleading information; or

reproduce, resell, or commercially exploit any Website content without our prior written

permission.

18. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS AND WEBSITE

Built By Carey LLC reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time

without prior notice. The updated Terms will be posted on this Website with a revised effective

date. Your continued use of this Website or placement of any order after updated Terms are

posted constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to the updated Terms. We also reserve the

right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Website or any product offering at any time without

liability.

19. SEVERABILITY

20. WAIVER

No failure or delay by Built By Carey LLC in exercising any right or remedy under these Terms

shall operate as a waiver of that right or remedy. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an

authorized representative of Built By Carey LLC to be effective.

21. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies or notices

posted on this Website, constitute the entire agreement between you and Built By Carey LLC

regarding your use of this Website and your purchase of the SPT Wire Caddy, and supersede all

prior negotiations, representations, and understandings between the parties, whether written or

oral.
